Puma S

Puma S is a post-emergence herbicide for use in wheat for the control of wild oats and lesser canary grass, for use in perennial ryegrass seed crops for the control of wild oats and for the control of yellow bristle grass in pasture.

Application rate/timing Wheat/wild oats - apply 750 mL/ha plus adjuvant oil to actively growing wild oats that are between 3 leaves and 1st node visible. Wheat/lesser canary grass - apply 750 mL/ha plus adjuvant oil to actively growing canary grass plants that are between 3 leaves and the end of tillering.

Perennial ryegrass – apply 750 mL/ha in the spring to actively growing wild oats that are between 3 leaves and the end of tillering. Do not use with any other agrochemical or adjuvant.

Pasture – apply 750 mL/ha to established pasture 7 days after grazing during December/January. Do not use with any other agrochemical or adjuvant
Mixing Shake the container well before use. Half fill the spray tank with clean water and add the required amount of Puma S. Complete filling the tank with water. Wash out the sprayer thoroughly after use with clean water.
Application volume Apply Puma S using 250 L/ha as a fine droplet.
Compatibility Wheat: Before mixing Puma S with other crop protection products, check to ensure that this will not negatively affect product efficacy and crop safety.

Perennial ryegrass and pasture: Do not use in any mixtures
Withholding period Wheat: Do not graze treated crop for at least 70 days after treatment
Perennial ryegrass: Do not graze treated crop for at least 42 days after treatment
Pasture: Do not graze treated crop for at least 28 days after treatment
Following crops and crop failure No restrictions
